Are diet pills damaging to your health in the future?5

I use to take diet pills to lose unwanted fat, but currently I am just eating healthy and running.

So currently you’re just eating healthy and running…So why do you need diet pills ? I think you’re on the right path to a healthier person.

But, if you think diet pills could help you to lose weight, first I would discuss this with your doctor and have a prescription for a pill.

If you prefer herbal products, there are tons of them on the internet.

Now, are they damaging to your health ? Well,
first are you allergic to certain components used in the pills ?
2. almost all drugs have side effects, in short or long term.
3. now in the future : diet pills should only be used for quick weight loss and short term weight loss goals. Only an healthier lifestyle coupled with exercise should keep you away from unwanted fat. Future is not an option when you take diet pills

I am trying to look somewhat slimmer for school, but even though I’ve been dieting I haven’t lost very much weight. Has anybody tried any diet pills that work quickly and efficiently?

How do you lose weight in the shortest amount of time?17

I need to lose ateast 3-7 pounds. My legs are getting bigger & my stomach is getting bigger too. I wanna lose weight as soon as possible so i could wear shorts again in the summer. My mother says im gaining weight & is already overweight for my hieght.. im atleast 4’10 & last time i checked my weight i was about 95.3 pounds but i probably gained some so far.. i havent checked my weight in about 3 months.

1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

How can I lose weight fast and in a healthy way?12

I weight 220 pounds, Im 16 years old and I really need to lose a lot of weight. Because of my weight, I have high blood pressure. And I really dont fit in in my school. That I really dont care, I just want to lose weight so that I can be healthy and be able to live a long life. I want to see my children grow, I know its a lil early to think about that but I do want to live. So please help! Thank you very much!

Well think about it. you didn’t gain that 220 over night. it took time to pack it on so it is going to take time and effort on your part to get it off.

Diet and exercise are the key. Contact a doctor and make sure you have no medical problems that may be causing some of the weight like a Thyroid problem.

You have to get out of that chair and away from the front of that computer to get the exercise. See if you can find someone to work out with you so you are not so on your own with it. Stay way from Carbohydrates like bread and breaded foods French fries and heavy starchy foods. Your blood pressure will come down some when your weight comes down but you should probable be on some meds to control your blood pressure while you lose the weight.

Walking is damn good exercise and its free. Vegetables are your friend but once again not the starchy ones and not macaroni and cheese which I for one think is one of the best inventions in the culinary world. Drink a lot of water while you diet. it will help keep you hydrated and a little fuller. Carrot sticks and celery sticks and some fat free ranch dressing are tasty treats and make a good healthy snack for in between meals and an apple a day goes a long way. Don’t forget to eat breakfast. Cantaloupe and low fat yogurt are great and strawberries and yogurt are wonderful too. A hand full of blueberries and a small bowl of raisin bran with skim milk or yogurt and raisins or strawberries is another good choice but cereal has carbs and if you want to lose weight you can’t pig out on the cereal.

Remember, you have to decide to lose the weight and no one can do it for you. They can do it with you but not for you.

Are there any over the counter diet pills that actually work?8

I have tried exercising and cutting back on my food intake but I am still not losing weight as well as I would like. It is hard for me to find a safe diet pill because I am also taking Effexor. Does anyone know of any good diet pills that I can take along with my perscription drug?
