What are the best OTC diet pills to lose weight quickly?4

I really want to lose around 15 pills, and I heard that the apple vinegar pills work great. So I would like to know more about them or about any other good diet pills.

Those pills are not only a waste of money, they could potentially permanently damage your liver and kidneys and heart, and in some cases kill you.

How much weight can I lose if I stay on weight watchers for 3 weeks?1

Im 15 years old, and my mom says since im young i can lose more weight faster, but how much can i lose on weight watchers alone?

Well this is a rough guess because I have no idea how much you currently weigh. The heavier you are the quicker you will lose weight.

Generally 2lbs a week is the average weight loss, so approximately 6 lbs or so. If you are very overweight you will stand to lose more than this.

Do diet pills take effect on women who are taking birth control?4

I have been on birth control for about 6 months and will recently start Arson a diet supplement pill to enhance my work outs. The diet pill says it contains about 3 cups of coffee along with other things. SO i was wondering if the diet pills will take a bad effect on my body because of the birth control. Like will i increases my chances of getting a blood clot?

You need to discuss this with your doctor before you take any diet pills along with your birth control. Some diet pills mixed with other drugs can have serious interactions, so you really do need to talk to your doctor or nurse :)

What is the quickest way to lose weight?4

I am about to go off for vacation and I want to lose weight FAST. I understand that its hard to lose weight and not gain it back quickly. I already drink tons of water and I am on a strict diet, but everyone says that losing more than one pound per week is very unhealthy. I need to lose more than that. I have about 3 weeks.

The best way to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight is through changing your eating habits and exercising regularly.

1. Choose whole grains.

2. Drink plenty of water.

3. Choose lean meats and fish.

4. Know the portion sizes for your calorie target.

5. Limit fats to an average of 15 grams per meal.

6. Choose fresh fruits and vegetables whenever possible.

7. Work out for no less that 45 minutes, 4-5 days a week.

8. Select foods with less than 3 grams of fat per 100 calories.

9. Choose pretzels, baked chips, fat-free popcorn instead of fries and chips.

10. Avoid foods with partially hydrogenated oils, trans-fats and high-fructose corn syrup.

11. Choose cereal, bread, crackers or chips that contain 2 or more grams of fiber per 100 calories.

12. Choose fat-free or low-fat variety of foods especially when it comes to dairy products (milk, cheese, and yogurt).

Atkins Diet Misconceptions: Ketosis versus Ketoacidosis25

How to Atkins Diet TV:

This is the next one in my series of Atkins Diet Misconceptions where I combat all myths and misunderstandings regarding low carbing. Another one of the oft-misunderstood low carb concepts is the whole difference between ketosis and the diabetic condition of ketoacidosis. It should be rather clear what the difference is between the two:
* one affects low carbers who are eating very few carbs and have consequently low to normal blood sugar levels
* one affects almost strictly Type 1 diabetics who can’t produce any or enough insulin for their hyperglycemia (very high blood sugar)

Even though they sound the same and both involve ketones in the blood, they are dramatically different in terms of severity and cause. Here are the amounts I spoke of in the video:
Dietary ketosis vs. diabetic hyperketoacidosis
Normal state: 0.1 mmol/L
Overnight fast: 0.3 mmol/L
Ketogenic diet: 1-3 mmol/L
21 day fast: 10 mmol/L
Uncontrolled diabetes: more than 25 mmol
You can see where the uncontrolled diabetic has nearly 10-20 times the millimoles of ketones in their blood as the ketogenic diet follower.

Ketosis is safe natural state for the body to be in. Many hunter and gatherers were in a ketogenic state for most of the winter months. It is simply the body’s reaction to burning fat for fuel, and ketones are the normal by-product of that reaction. Everyone is in some state of ketosis every day.

Has anyone ever heard of Sensa?1

I just heard of this new revolutionary Weight loss thing called sensa. it seems very promising, but does anyone know if it works?

a lot of people have indeed lost weight with it, maintaining the weight loss without it is the big question. what sensa does is work on your brain thru your taste buds to make you feel more satisfied quicker. (so supposedly you don’t eat as much) Of course it doesn’t do a thing for those who eat for emotional reasons and not just because they are hungry.
