I know crash diets are just for motivation really so you know you can lose the weight and stuff but has any one been on one before? If so what kind and did it work?

I got over my eating disorder two years ago. I am now bordering on overweight. Whenever I lower my calories, I either gain weight or my weight stalls. I am assuming this is related to the eating disorder (my body hangs onto the fat because it thinks I will starve myself again).
What can I do to lose weight? I don’t care how fast or slow.

I need all the stuff you do on the crash diet to please help
Im doing on too, mine i just eat one small meal a day, and its usually dinner. So thats no breakfast, lunch, or supper.
Usually my energy dies, and i lose motivation so i drink low calorie energy drinks. Its been 3 days now its day four, and i have lost 8lbs, im not quite sure why its only me who manages to lose so much so quickly

I have tried to lose weight before a few times, and it never works for me like at all. I don’t know what to do, but I want to lose weight fast, and healthy. I wanna lose like a lot of weight in a few months because I am fat and I am impatient.Does anyone have ideas or tips?

Do the advertised pills, drops, diet programs like jenny craig actually work? I am trying to lose weight and the simple way..by cardio and eating a bit less but just out of curiosity wanna know if it is healthy to try the afore mentioned things and if they really do work or just make u feel good for some time till u regain all ur weight
It sounds like you’re doing it right.
Most pills and programs will have disclaimers in the advertising saying "Results not typical" or "With diet and exercise" for a reason. If you need help controlling your portions something like Jenny Craig or WeightWatchers can be helpful, especially with guidance keeping your intake well balanced and with moral support, but it all comes down to reducing (or modifying) what you eat and being more active.
It can take a while and you will hit walls and plateaus, but keep at it!
If you do decide you need additional help (pills or drops) I’d ask your doctor and steer clear of people who point to the same web site (designed, of course, to sell you crap) for just about every answer they give.
