Just as the results are beginning and progressing people get tired of the process or frustrated that they aren’t accomplishing enough dramatic weight loss as quickly as they had hoped.
One more thing you should remember when it comes to dieting is that the scale can be your best friend or your worst enemy when dieting.
If you are weighing yourself every day in hopes of watching the scale tick off yet another pound you are dooming yourself to failure.

I am looking for a pill to loose weight as I have tried diet, exercise but I am not able to follow through and need a pill to burn my fat. Any body who has used and can suggest one?
A friend of mine used it, it made her stomach hurt and she felt sick for a long time. To add insult to injury she didn’t lose any weight.
My advice, lose weight properly…by eating healthy and exercising.

I just signed up for weight watchers, I am going to go the meetings near me. Im going to eat their foods and some 100 calorie snacks. I am 190 lbs and going to try and loose 82 lbs. Is it okay for me to walk on the tread mill an hour a day for 5 days a week, or should I exercise more? I want to loose weight fast as possible.
Check with your WW Leader and ask them the questions.
WW works though,I lost 21 lbs in 9 weeks and all I did was walk for 1/2 every other day and watched what I ate.

I was on the depo birth control shot and have gained weight. I want to lose 30-40 lbs and was considering Lipozene. Has anyone tried it and got results?
pills don’t work. try to eat healthy and exercise.
i’m on a weight loss program. 3 months ago i was feeling so guilty about my weight so i decided to start diet pills and other stupid diets. i tried 5 different pills and more than 4 diet, but none worked so i decided to do it the "traditional" way. and now i’m losing weight slowly, but keep losing it.
