If you have been trying to lose weight and have struggled with weight loss then you know the frustration and disappointment you feel when you have spent your hard-earned money of some diet pill or supplement that promised fast and permanent weight loss. Can you relate to what I am talking about? What diet pill and supplement companies are really selling is the dream that their pill or powder will be some “magical” solution to your struggle with getting that lean ripped body that you’ve been wanting for years. In reality, most supplements do nothing at all to help you improve your body.
Real food is always better for you than processed supplements (as long as you choose the right foods). And if so would you recommend it? I was checking into it and it says that the average total weight loss was 30lbs without having to adjust diet or exercise… Obviously if you want good results you would watch what you eat and everything. But it claims it helps curb your appetite and prevent overeating.
My sister used this to lose weight for her wedding she lost 22 lbs in a little over a month, Im trying it for my new years res, give it a shot.
