i have till march 11 to go from being 5’6 and 174lbs to atleast 150lbs. please!!

What I suggest is seeing a dietitian and establishing a diet plan. Drink plenty of water, cut out carbs, saturated fats, artificial sugars and full fat dairy. Exercise an hour a day, every day. You may lose 2lbs by March 11 if you are strict and specific.
