I’m 14, female, and I’m 5’4. I weigh 230 lbs. and I want to get at least to 195 before the end of August. Is there any good plans for teen weight loss?
Yeah, sure there are. The younger you are, the faster you lose weight. But don’t try fad diets, whatever you do. It’ll only make your condition worse.
You can start loading up on the protein, massively. You can get protein powder over at GNC or order online from GNC.com. The protein helps build your muscles, while also providing energy to burn fat.
But protein is half the battle. Exercising is the other half. While exercising, you will notice a little energy boost from the protein. Also, set short term goals for yourself (ex. i’ll run on the treadmill for 5 minutes), and try to reach those goals even though you feel tired. Then, if you’re working hard, you’ll see significant fat loss. You will also see that you start setting the short term goals harder than before, just for the heck of it.

I’ve noticed a disturbing thread in the Bodybuilding / Weight Loss Industry. People are being SCAMMED in to “FREE TRIAL” offers for supplements, all they have to do is pay for shipping and handling. But flip to the bottom of the page where you can link to the “terms and conditions”. If you don’t cancel within 15 days of their “initial ship date” you’ll get charged $79.90 and another $87.31 every month thereafter. It will be almost impossible to cancel or reverse the charges!!!!
I am not saying that the supplements do not work. Some of them really do work and have clinical research to back it up. But this form of “marketing” is totally unethical!
To protect yourself, NEVER use your credit card for a “FREE TRIAL”. Use Paypal for shopping on line, because they are far better at reversing fake charges than credit card companies are. And only buy supplements from reputable online distributes like Bodybuilding.com GNC.com VitaminShoppe.com and Amazon.com because they will NEVER try to scam you into a subscription, and they have fair and easy return policies.
The main supplement I use is a Fat Loss Energy supplement called TEA REXX that is exclusively distributed buy Amazon.com.

I have been taking Lipozene for a couple of weeks now and I will be going back on Birth Control soon. AM I aloud to take them both at the same time? I tried calling my doctor but no one seems to answer the phone.
No one answers the phone at the doctor’s office? What if you need to make an appointment? No answer? I’d call police. Maybe everybody is dead at your doctor’s office…
