its this like powder or sprinkle that you put on all your food and you lose weight.
im not interested in buying it, but does it actually work?

Like most other commercial weight loss programs, the long-term success of the product is not determined. According to Gina Kolata, the following approaches fail for the vast majority of participants over the long-run:
+ Atkin’s Diet
+ Weight Watcher’s Diet
+ Medically Supervised Calorie Restricted Diet
This failure of the programs applied to the most highly motivated participants. Like most systems, the diet may work in the short-term, but my question is whether or not your weight will rebound. I suspect it will.
I lost 90 pounds by making a permanent lifestyle change. I eat a whole plant based diet recommended by Dr. Dean Ornish and Dr. Calwell Esselstyn, Jr. My weight is now stable without calorie counting, drugs, or any feeling of deprivation.

I was wondering if anyone had used SENSA weight loss program..I saw the commercials for it and I’m looking for comments or reviews on whether it really works or not..

The company’s weight loss evidence is based on a "clinical" study (not to be confused with a clinical trial, which is the gold standard for research) done by Hirsch. This study has never been validated, nor published in a peer-reviewed medical journal.
The lack of scientific evidence on Sensa, along with a lack of diet and fitness guidelines to accompany the product, raise a red flag for some nutrition experts.
"This is not a magic bullet. There is no magic sprinkle. This isn’t even a diet," says diet and fitness expert, Pamela Peeke, MD. "It oversimplifies the complex physiology and psychology associated with appetite."
She adds that there is nothing unique about the list of ingredients in the tastants.

I’ve gained weight over the summer and school starts again in two weeks I’m not planning on long term I only want a fast crash diet before school starts and then I’ll go back to the healthy diet I had before summer. any suggestions . thanks
A few things I can suggest you do to drop the weight is, one cut out salt out of your diet, this will flush out all the water weight, and two limit your carbohydrates, this will force your body to use your stored fat as energy.

I agree with Mugpie – Ive tried everything under the sun but WW is the bee’s knees. While it wont take the weight off quickly, it keeps it off by retraining your approach to food. Lunchbox Diet is another good one.

i want to be able to go to the store and get one instead of getting it online. Please help
Green Tea tablets work really well for me. My favorite is Spring Valley Green Tea 315 mg with Hoodia. It’s important to get the ones with hoodia. It really does make a huge difference. You can get them anywhere. I got mine at Walmart, though. They are cheap and work-as long as you combine them with a healthy diet and exercise. But I see a huge difference in my appetite when I take them and when I don’t. Of course, they are natural and better for you than other pills on the market. And I love tea, but these tablets work better than actually drinking green tea for me.
I also like Mega T Green Tea Tablets. They do a pretty good job of suppressing your appetite, but what I really like is that it gives you lots of energy without making you jittery or sick or causing insomnia. I can workout out twice as long if I take those.
I’m not sure if you would consider those actual diet pills, though. But I do know that I tried regular diet pills in the past and they left me so jittery and shaky, I couldn’t think straight. These are natural (not sure if Mega T is 100% natural though-but I have seen no bad side effects) and good for you.
